Effective January 1, 2021...Due to coronavirus (COVID-19) and coronavirus variants, we've made changes to some of our policies, which may affect the services we provide.
How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within two to seven days of your order, and then take
one to four weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at YNDIZ Bag Outlet has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
What's your return policy?
YNDIZ Bag Outlet will gladly accept specific merchandise returns purchased through the YNDIZ Bag Outlet online store as stated in our Return Policy. Please contact us regarding any issues you may have with your purchase, send a photo and we will work with you on a resolution.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you cancel within the two-day processing period, or do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Once the order ships, it cannot be cancelled. However; when you receive your purchase, you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our returns policy.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order – product doesn’t match the description, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us regarding how you would like to proceed.
If for any reason you change your mind regarding an item (subject to shipping charge), or didn’t get the product you expected, just send it back and we’ll refund you or get you a new one.
